All GPS tracking on SafePath is strictly voluntary and must be manually activated by the user. SafePath will never track your location without your explicit consent. You may stop tracking at any time.
SafePath Nigeria makes no guarantees regarding emergency response times or outcomes. The platform notifies your trusted contacts and our admin system. We are not a replacement for official emergency services. Users must independently contact emergency services (Police: 112, Ambulance: 112) in emergencies.
SafePath is a voluntary safety communication platform. We facilitate the sharing of journey information and emergency alerts between consenting users. We do not employ field agents, security personnel, or emergency responders.
You maintain full control over: who can see your journey data (trusted contacts only), when tracking is active or inactive, your account data and its deletion, and permission grants to the platform.

SafePath Nigeria is not liable for: failure of emergency response, GPS inaccuracies, network connectivity failures, actions taken by trusted contacts, or any outcomes resulting from platform use or non-use.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their account at any time from the profile settings page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
